Brethertons Solicitors: creating the legal firm of the future

Researcher: Dr Paul Jackson

Brethertons solicitors wanted to do more than just implement a new IT system; they had a vision for something bigger. Through a government-supported Knowledge Transfer Partnership with Oxford Brookes, they asked Dr Paul Jackson, now a member of the Institute for Ethical AI, to work with them to create the ‘legal firm of the future’. This included a far-reaching review of operations, business processes and strategic decision-making, turning their legal excellence into a modern, customer-focused business fit for the challenges of tomorrow.

Funder: Innovate UK, Brethertons LLP Solicitors
