Blenheim Palace has engaged Oxford Brookes University to develop an AI-enabled, real-time visitor management system. Over 32 months, the collaboration will see a range of data feeds used to support machine learning applications. The result is set to be the most advanced set of digital technologies in the heritage sector, producing a range of live insight that will help to streamline business operations and enhance the the experience of its customers. The software will analyse how crowds move and what induces clustering of people. The technology is a combination of drone technology and advanced data analysis technology using neural networks to identify what people are doing
